We don't carry a fleet of certifications to list or a founding date to trot out, and we're not going to invent one. What we can tell you is what we work on daily: doors and openers on 1980s-90s builds, in a service area where extreme heat is the main thing that wears out springs, seals, and opener boards faster than in milder climates.
If a job is outside what we handle - say, a structural garage rebuild rather than a door repair - we'll say so rather than take the work anyway.

We don't publish a flat price list here because torsion spring jobs, opener swaps, and panel repairs price out differently depending on door size and what's actually broken. What we can do on the phone is narrow it down enough that the in-person estimate isn't a surprise.
The Work We Take On

What we don't do: full structural garage builds, custom architectural door fabrication, or work on doors so far gone that a patch job would just fail again in a few months. If your door needs full replacement instead of repair, we'll tell you that up front rather than charge you for a fix that won't hold. We also won't quote a job sight unseen if the damage sounds unusual - some things need eyes on them before we can say what it'll take.
Do you come out to Leisure World or Val Vista Lakes?
Yes, both are close - Leisure World is about 2 miles east of our location and Val Vista Lakes is about 3 miles southwest. Those are among our shorter drives, so scheduling is usually easier than for jobs farther out like Gold Canyon or Paradise Valley.
How far out do you go - do you cover Gold Canyon or Sun Lakes?
We do go out to Sun Lakes (about 16 miles) and Gold Canyon (about 17 miles), but those trips typically get scheduled in blocks rather than same-day due to drive time. Call and give us your address so we can tell you a realistic window.
My opener is from the early 90s and just quit - is that normal here?
It's common. A lot of houses in this area were built between 1985 and 2002, with the median around 1991, so we regularly see original openers and springs finally giving out after decades of use plus the wear that Mesa's extreme summer heat adds on top.
Do you handle full garage rebuilds or just doors?
